yyyjl Terms & Conditions — Rules of Play for the Philippine Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the yyyjl online gaming website accessible at yyyjl.cam, including all pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the yyyjl Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the yyyjl Platform, associated with a unique Philippine mobile number and password.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player in Philippine Peso (PHP) and held in the player's yyyjl wallet for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's account subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before the bonus or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency prior to processing withdrawals.

By accessing the yyyjl Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other platform rules or guidelines published on yyyjl.cam.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. These Terms apply to all games, products, features, and services offered by yyyjl, whether accessed via browser, progressive web application, or any other means.

yyyjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Platform. Your continued use of yyyjl following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the yyyjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a legal resident of the Philippines or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services under applicable law;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or yyyjl;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a household of yyyjl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

yyyjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Players who cannot satisfactorily verify their eligibility will have their Account suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending resolution.

Each eligible person may register only one Account on the yyyjl Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices — is strictly prohibited. yyyjl employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended and all associated balances, including Real Money Balances and Bonus Balances, may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by yyyjl. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You acknowledge that yyyjl may conduct identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. These checks may involve cross-referencing the information you provide against third-party databases and government records available to PAGCOR-licensed operators.

yyyjl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs under your Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — will be deemed to have been made by you and is your responsibility. yyyjl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify yyyjl immediately via the 24/7 support chat or by emailing [email protected]. yyyjl may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

yyyjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven (where applicable). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page within your yyyjl Account dashboard.

All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). yyyjl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which yyyjl bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, SSS ID, driver's license, or passport) and a selfie.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours, subject to verification status and system availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times.
• yyyjl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times where required.
• yyyjl may, at its discretion, impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts for risk management purposes.

Funds deposited at yyyjl are held in segregated player accounts separate from yyyjl's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR's financial safeguarding requirements.

yyyjl offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and are additionally subject to these general bonus terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each offer.
• yyyjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may be required to opt in to specific promotions. Bonuses not claimed within the applicable offer period will expire.
• yyyjl may limit the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus winnings. This limit, where applicable, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus exploitation, use of artificial intelligence tools, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and potential Account suspension.
• yyyjl reserves the right to withhold bonus credits from any Player who it reasonably suspects is engaging in bonus abuse.

All games available on the yyyjl Platform — including slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo, fishing games, and Go Rush arcade — operate in accordance with the rules published by the respective game providers and the technical standards required by PAGCOR.

Slot and virtual games on the yyyjl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure genuine randomness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios using physical equipment — physical playing cards, physical roulette wheels, and physical dice. All live game outcomes are determined by physical means and are not computer-generated simulations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or dispute arising during gameplay, yyyjl's records of all game transactions shall be considered the definitive record. If a game round is interrupted before completion due to a Platform fault, yyyjl will use reasonable endeavors to return wagers to the affected Player. yyyjl's decision on such matters shall be final.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity during all gaming sessions. Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors or glitches, or any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the yyyjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible;
• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to yyyjl immediately;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing yyyjl staff, live dealers, or other players;
• Charging back any deposits made to your yyyjl Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Allowing a minor to access or use your Account.

yyyjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player or notification from PAGCOR;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other relevant authorities;
• Inactivity — Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures, and remaining balances will be subject to applicable dormancy fees as disclosed in the Account settings.

Upon Account closure initiated by the Player, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable charges) will be returned to the Player via their registered Philippine payment method, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with these Terms. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon Account closure.

yyyjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All Players have access to the following self-management tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your yyyjl Account;
• Session Time Reminders — receive automated notifications after a set duration of play;
• Cool-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the yyyjl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

yyyjl strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years and encourages all Players to set personal gaming budgets. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the yyyjl Platform without express prior written consent from yyyjl.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, yyyjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the yyyjl Platform.

yyyjl's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time of the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

yyyjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yyyjl makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

yyyjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yyyjl processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data collected from Players is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.

yyyjl will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, PAGCOR regulation, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the yyyjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and where applicable, to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.

In the event of any dispute between you and yyyjl regarding gaming transactions, promotional outcomes, or account decisions, yyyjl's internal records — including transaction logs, game records, and account activity history — shall be the primary evidentiary basis for resolution, subject to PAGCOR's review authority where applicable.

yyyjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yyyjl will notify registered Players via in-platform notification or email to the address on file, where applicable. The effective date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the yyyjl Platform after any revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
